NYSCADV welcomes you to exhibit at this event!

Vendors will be provided with a 6' skirted table and 2 chairs. High speed internet access will be available to vendors. Only a limited number of tables will be available to vendors, so please submit applications promptly. Booths will be given out on a first come, first served basis. Please provide us with a copy of your insurance form when you submit your application. Electricity is available for a fee. Each table includes 1 vendor registration* to the conference. Exhibitors will also receive a listing in the conference program. Vendors will be able to setup between 8 and 9 AM the morning of the conference.

Attendees will be approximately 250 domestic violence service providers, rape crisis programs, other social justice organizations, students and activists from across the country.

Tabling for one day  $125  $300 
Tabling for two days  $200  $500 
Tabling for two days and register two vendor registrants for the conference  $350  $800

*Vendor registration includes a ticket for breakfast and lunch per registrant for each day exhibiting. It does not include a pass to the Awards Reception and Dinner.

Hotel Rates: Hotel rates will be $115.00 per night and exhibitors will be responsible for making their own reservations. The conference will be at the Holiday Inn Turf on Wolf Road in Albany NY.
