Legislation and Policy Advocacy

In collaboration with its members, agencies, advocates, and other coalitions, NYSCADV monitors proposed national, state, and local legislation and regulations affecting victims of domestic violence and their children. NYSCADV advises members and other advocates on legislative and policy changes.
