  invite advocates to join us for important discussions on these topics. As
  we are committed to being member-informed\, we would like to hear your th
 oughts\, concerns\, experiences\, and recommendations so that NYSCADV can 
 refine our thinking and position on batterer programs and offender account
 ability.\n\nThe 4 regional forums will be held in New York City\, Albany\,
  Syracuse and Batavia.\n\nWho Should Attend:  These forums are open to sta
 ff and volunteers of primary purpose nonprofit domestic violence programs 
 ONLY.\n\nAt each of the forums\, we will be joined by Phyllis Frank\, foun
 der of the New York Model for Batterer Programs\, as well as Greg White an
 d Fran Bialy\, who are long time NY Model for Batterer Program facilitator
