 training is to allow providers the opportunity to critically analyze their
  organizations and themselves to ensure a safe\, supportive\, and inclusiv
 e environment for LGBT individuals- including survivors/victims\, agency s
 taff\, and community members\n\n2/23/21 at 12:00 - 1:30 pm PST \nHistorica
 l Trauma and Its Impact on LGBT POC Survivors: The goal of this workshop i
 s to discuss historical trauma\, power/privilege\, and working with popula
 tions facing barriers and unique needs. By attending this workshop\, parti
 cipants will be able to walk away with promising practices that can adapt 
 into their work environment and begin conversations on creating more acces
 sible spaces.\n\n2/25/21 at 12:00 - 1:30 pm PST\nLGBT SA 101: The goal of 
 this workshop is to explore the dynamics and impact of sexual violence LGB
 T individuals experience. Topics on identifying the unique barriers and sp
 ecific needs of LGBT survivors will be addressed. Participants will be abl
 e to explore resources and receive tools on how to support survivors.\n\n
