 slative Session also presents an opportunity to get meaningful legislation
  approved that protects survivors of domestic violence in New York State.
 \nOn May 11th\, we encourage you to join NYSCADV and a dynamic and engaged
  group of providers\, survivors and allies from across New York State in r
 aising our voices and relaying a unified message to the Legislature and Go
 vernor: We need to pass meaningful legislation to ensure survivors of dome
 stic violence receive the support they need\, and we must re-envision dome
 stic violence funding so no one who is asking for shelter or other service
 s is ever turned away.
