 ttee\, is a starting point to understanding and analyzing the ways in whic
 h organizational culture and structure may be contributing to barriers to 
 access for LGBTQ+ survivors of color. After taking the assessment\, organi
 zations can record their score score and compare it to the scale found in 
 the full assessment tool to see your service access and LGBTQ+/TGNCNB cult
 ural competency level. Organizations can also find recommendations in the 
 tool\, and attend Network trainings on service access improvement to help 
 them improve their accessibility score.
