  Sleeps (SNS)\, will lead an intensive\, fast-paced webinar series designe
 d to explore how white folks use individual and collective areas of privil
 ege to advance racial justice in an intersectional context. Using SNS’ CLA
 IM framework (Care\, Learn\, Act\, Influence\, Maintain)\, this workshop w
 ill explore what it means to adopt an allyship lifestyle as a white person
 .\n\nPlease note that this two-day workshop is only for individuals who id
 entify as white.\n\nIf you seek to promote racial equity within your organ
 ization\, this workshop will equip you with tools to be an active ally for
  racial justice through methods of naming white privilege\, centering peop
 le of color\, navigating intersectionality across identities\, influencing
  others\, and continuing your own self-work journey. You’ll leave this wor
 kshop committed to the Allyship lifestyle\, and prepared to facilitate cha

 gn with best practices among equity-focused organizations.\n\nWe ask that 
 organizations purchasing tickets on behalf of their staff purchase tickets
  in the tier that aligns with your organizational budget and sector. And f
 or individuals\, we ask that people with greater privilege purchase ticket
 s at the higher end\, which will allow individuals with historically less 
 access to wealth\, disproportionately BIPOC folks\, to pay the lower fees.
  EiC's new tiered budget categories are based on Rockwood Leadership Insti
 tute's pricing model.\n\nPartial scholarships are available.\n\nFACILITATO
 R\n\nWhitney Parnell\nWhitney Parnell is a Black millennial activist\, sin
 ger\, and the Founder and CEO of Service Never Sleeps (SNS)\, a nonprofit 
 that empowers individuals and communities to catalyze social justice throu
 gh service and Allyship. She grew up between Latin America and West Africa
  as a Foreign Service child. At Washington University in St. Louis\, Whitn
 ey doubled majored in English and Spanish\, and minored in Communications 
 and Journalism\, during which she also embraced her calling as an activist
 . Whitney’s passion for service and social justice brought her to Washingt
 on\, DC to serve with City Year\, and then work in homeless services. Whit
 ney is excited to create a movement of service and allies by igniting quic
 k social change through mass civic engagement. Whitney is also a musician\
 , and is releasing a social justice album called 'What Will You Do\,' with
  the goal of using empathy through song to ignite action. All album procee
 ds will go to Service Never Sleeps.
