 sessions on its 'Awake to Woke to Work: Building a Race Equity Culture' re
 search. The first module will be a training on the Race Equity Cycle frame
 work for organizational transformation\, and include break out groups for 
 discussion and Q&A. The second module will be a deeper dive on operational
 izing equity\, and include break out discussions designed to support the d
 efinition of specific priorities and action steps to build a Race Equity C
 ulture. For individuals\, the cost for both modules is $175. \n\nIf you ar

 nd sector. And for individuals\, we ask that people with greater privilege
  purchase tickets at the higher end\, which will allow individuals with hi
 storically less access to wealth\, disproportionately BIPOC folks\, to pay
  the lower fees. EiC's new tiered budget categories are based on Rockwood 
 Leadership Institute's pricing model.
