 ult Conference\, we are facilitating a workshop where we will go deeper in
 to how anti-Black racism shows up in the Movement to End Gender-Based Viol
 ence and how movement workers and organizations can interrupt it.\n\nFive 
 Learning Objectives:\n\n1. Participants will increase their capacity to re
 cognize how white supremacy\, whiteness\, and anti-Blackness show up in or
 ganizational practice\, policy\, and culture.\n\n2. Participants will incr
 ease their understanding of how white supremacy\, whiteness\, and anti-Bla
 ckness impact Black workers and survivors.\n\n3. Participants will increas
 e their capacity to demonstrate how these individual and relational impact
 s translate to and reinforce harmful community and societal level norms an
 d practices.\n\n4. Participants will devise strategies to interrupt harmfu
 l impacts of whiteness\, white supremacy\, and anti-Blackness in the movem
 ent to end gender based violence.\n\n5. Participants will learn how to be 
 mindful of fostering an environment that is conscious of interrupting anti
 -Black oppression while leaning towards practices that call in folks to be
