 Like many underserved and marginalized communities\, Deaf people experienc
 e this type of victimization at similar or higher rates. This training wil
 l also incorporate trauma and victimization across the lifespan.  \n\nThe 
 trainer for both sessions will be Brittany Ellenbecker\, Manager of the De
 af IGNITE domestic violence program based in Rochester\, which is part of 
 Willow Domestic Violence Center. Rochester is home to one of the largest D
 eaf communities in the country. \n\nASL interpreters and CART services wil
 l be provided for this program. \n\nContinuing Legal Education credits wil
 l not be offered for this training series. \n\nAttendance at both sessions
  is not required\; you can attend one or both sessions. \n\nHosted by Empi
 re Justice Center's Statewide Domestic Violence Task Force and the Crime V
 ictims Legal Network.   \n
