 n the foundational human resources knowledge and supervisory practices nee
 ded to support effective\, consistent\, and values-aligned workplaces. Thi
 s series explores key HR-related responsibilities that often shape the sup
 ervisor experience\, including employment law\, values-based hiring\, perf
 ormance management\, professionalism\, team motivation\, documentation\, c
 oaching\, and accountability.\n\nThrough practical\, skill-building sessio
 ns\, participants will gain tools to help them make informed decisions\, c
 ommunicate expectations clearly\, support staff growth\, and respond to co
 mmon workplace challenges with fairness and consistency. This series is id
