 visor experience\, including employment law\, values-based hiring\, perfor
 mance management\, professionalism\, team motivation\, documentation\, coa
 ching\, and accountability.\n\nThrough practical\, skill-building sessions
 \, participants will gain tools to help them make informed decisions\, com
 municate expectations clearly\, support staff growth\, and respond to comm
 on workplace challenges with fairness and consistency. This series is idea
 l for supervisors\, managers\, and emerging leaders who want to deepen the
 ir understanding of HR practices and strengthen their ability to lead team
 s in alignment with organizational values\, legal responsibilities\, and w
 orkplace culture. \n\nParticipants are encouraged to attend the full serie
 s to gain the most comprehensive learning experience\; however\, attendanc
 e at every session is not required. Each session is designed to stand on i
