 ational human resources knowledge and supervisory practices needed to supp
 ort effective\, consistent\, and values-aligned workplaces. This series ex
 plores key HR-related responsibilities that often shape the supervisor exp
 erience\, including employment law\, values-based hiring\, performance man
 agement\, professionalism\, team motivation\, documentation\, coaching\, a
 nd accountability.\n\nThrough practical\, skill-building sessions\, partic
 ipants will gain tools to help them make informed decisions\, communicate 
 expectations clearly\, support staff growth\, and respond to common workpl
 ace challenges with fairness and consistency. This series is ideal for sup
