Prevention Summit 2023- Logistics

This is an in-person-only event. There will not be a live virtual option to attend.  Some workshops may be available on demand after to summit date.

Food & Beverage:

Food and drink will NOT be provided during this event. Please tend to your food and drink needs before you arrive. Attendees will be provided a one-hour lunch break. 

Parking

Parking is available via the parking garage, garage entrance is on Pine Street, for the maximum daily rate of $10.00. You must pick up a parking pass at the event registration table for this discounted rate. 

*For overnight guests, the parking fee of $10.00 will be included on your overnight room bill.

Overnight Rooms:

Overnight rooms are available at the Hilton Albany at the reduced rate of $114.00.  Click here to make a reservation or call 1(800)Hilton reservation line and provide the code “4PS” to reserve a room at the reduced rate. This rate will expire on Friday, November 10, 2023.
