California Partnership to End Domestic Violence: The Survivor's Experience Healing From Hurt & Trusting Professionals Virtual Conference

Saturday, June 5, 2021Sunday, June 6, 2021

The California Partnership to End Domestic Violence (CPEDV) Survivor Advisory Committee invites you to attend our virtual conference for survivors by survivors, The Survivor's Experience. Find out how victim mentality almost kept us stuck in survival mode.

As survivors who know what it feels like to have lived through victim mentality and survivor mode, this conference will highlight the reasons why triggers of trauma often cause survivors to fall back on the Survivor Spectrum and be afraid to move towards THRIVING!

Learn from those who have lived through violence, risen above it, and now choose to share their resilience through workshops that will address the ways guilt and shame can keep survivors stuck on the Survivor Spectrum. All workshops will be created and facilitated by survivors of violence, and be healing-centered, educational, interactive, creative, and uplifting.
CPEDV is still seeking workshop proposals! If you're a survivor of violence who went through your own healing journey and feels called to share your healing from hurt process with others, submit your idea by Monday, May 3rd.

Whether you identify as a survivor or support person, please join CPEDV to heal from hurt and trust professionals.
