STOP Domestic Violence trick-or-Treat Pet walk
Pet walk & costume contest to raise awareness of the connection between domestic violence and animal abuse when abusers use animals as a tool to gain power and control of their partners. This will also be an unveiling of the City of Plattsburgh's upgraded dog-park.
