A deep understanding of victim and witness intimidation and retaliation is crucial in any agency’s violent crime reduction strategy. Across our country, jurisdictions seek training and technical assistance to inform their policies and approaches when engaging with victims, witnesses, families, and communities experiencing violent crime.
