Use Social Media Platforms to Advocate for DV Survivors

On Monday, February 23, 2026, domestic violence advocates, survivors and allies will call on New York State lawmakers to step up for DV. We have developed the following social media content to assist in your advocacy efforts.

Take Action on Social Media

Use the hashtag #StepUp4DV and #NYSCADVAdvocacyDay2026 in your posts to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media sites. Be sure to @NYSCADV so we can uplift your posts.

Share social media posts directly from NYSCADV social media accounts and/or create your own from the samples below.
