Budget Advocacy Day 2025
NYSCADV would like to invite you to join us in Albany for NYSCADV’s 2025 Budget Advocacy Day on February 24, 2025. During the event, we will be advocating for budget initiatives that ensure the continuity and sustainability of New York’s domestic violence services. As the state faces a budget deficit, it’s more important than ever that the voices of domestic violence advocates are represented and heard.
If you can only travel to Albany once this year, we ask that you join us for 2024 Budget Advocacy Day. Your support and advocacy are needed as New York’s domestic violence service providers are facing additional cuts to VOCA grants and stagnant funding across other critical funding streams.

Join NYSCADV for our 2025 Annual Membership Meeting, "Lessons in Leadership," on Monday, March 10, at the Embassy Suites in Saratoga Springs, NY
Join us for an informative, challenging, thought-provoking, and inspirational day. The leadership of domestic violence advocates is at the foundation of the work to end domestic violence. Leadership takes many forms for advocates, and their work is broad and evolving. There is much we can learn from the lessons that advocates share, and equally important are the opportunities to apply this knowledge to our shared work to bring about positive social change.
Registration and additional information is forthcoming.
